KiwiBuild at Te Pā Tāhuna

What is KiwiBuild?

KiwiBuild is enabling more home ownership opportunities for New Zealanders. 

The programme was established by the New Zealand Government in 2018 as part of a broad initiative to address the housing challenges currently facing New Zealand, with a focus on increasing the rate and pace more affordable homes are brought to market.

10 of the first 27 apartments at Te Pā Tāhuna were available to KiwiBuild eligible buyers.

Is KiwiBuild for you? 

We’re building more than 300 homes at Te Pā Tāhuna, a third of which will be available exclusively to buyers who qualify for KiwiBuild.

If you are elgibile to buy a KiwiBuild home, please allow up to five working days for your application to be processed. Once approved, your eligibility will last for six months before it will need to be updated.
